We offer long cylindrical-shaped briquettes without an inner hole, obtained by applying high pressure. Nestro briquettes are produced on hydraulic presses, while Nielsen ones are produced on impact-mechanical presses. The briquettes are compacted 4-12 times, which increases transportation efficiency and reduces storage space.
Wooden briquettes have a wide range of applications and can be used for all types of furnaces, central heating boilers, wood boilers, etc. They burn excellently in fireplaces, stoves, grills, etc. A major advantage of briquettes is the consistent temperature during burning for up to 4 hours.
During combustion, they do not emit unpleasant odors, do not crackle or spark, and practically do not emit smoke, soot, carbon monoxide, or other harmful substances, unlike wood or coal.
The calorific value of briquettes is 4.5-5 kWh/kg, which is 1.5 times higher than that of wood and comparable to coal. When burning 1000 kg of briquettes, the same amount of thermal energy is released as when burning 1600 kg of wood, 478 cubic meters of gas, 500 kg of diesel fuel, 1000 kg of coal, or 685 liters of fuel oil. The amount of ash produced when burning briquettes is no more than 0.5-1%, and this ash can be used as fertilizer.
