The company was established in 2003 with the attraction of foreign investments aimed at producing quality wood products that would be in demand on European and domestic markets. The main products are glued beech or oak panels and stairs. Panels are used for the production of doors, furniture, stairs, and other products, such as timber and sawn timber for roof structures.

The production facilities of the company are equipped with high-tech foreign equipment, allowing for the processing of up to 8,000 cubic meters of round timber per year and simultaneously drying approximately 700 cubic meters of sawn timber in drying chambers.
