Material — lightly steamed natural oak, with a moisture content of 8-10%. It is bonded with Kestokol D300 glue from solid lamellas in width. Lamella width varies from 40 to 80 mm or is fixed at 40 mm. Lamella length ranges from 900 to 2000 mm, thicknesses available are 18, 20, 28, 30, 40, 45, 55 mm. The quality of the panels is A/B, with side A practically free of defects. Sorted by color, on side B, slight paint marks without blueness and stains from spacers are permissible; all bonding areas are cleaned according to DIN EN 204/D3 standards. The panel is sanded with 80-grit sandpaper on both sides.
